Johnson Masheni is a seasoned management consultant a 2003, graduate of business administration and management with over two decades in staff recruitment and management experience.
He has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Lagos state University (LASU) Marketing option, he is a fellow of institute of Management consultant of Nigeria (FIMC) , he is a certified member of international council of Manangement Consultants (ICMC), he is a certified British council Education consultant (BCEC)
And he is international standard organization (ISO) certified.
Prior joining Efe Network International Limited, Johnson Masheni worked with many organizations with focus on management and business consulting in the areas such as staff recruitment and selection , staff outsourcing services , professional training and international students enrollment across the globe .
Masheni Johnson is the immediate past Managing director of Middle World Management Consulting Limited and the founder of initiative for global advocacy (IFGA)

Efe Network International Limited is named after the founder, the organization is meant to be a conglomerate based on the founder’s verse professional experience in consultancy services from various fields.
It is my earnest desire to be of assistant to the public by trying to constantly meet human’s need but to operate at that level one has to posses the requisite professional skills , in diverse profession.
Hence, I have devoted most part of my life to becoming a professional in many consultancy areas of human endeavors with the requisite educational backgrounds to bench mark the competiveness and the challenges of human needs as they arises.
Setting up Efe Network International Limited was a very challenging task for me as I was the MD of Middle world Management Consulting Limited for a decade , where all the needed resources was available at my disposal but my desire to explore more professional options was limited, at a time I no longer see new challenges and I become lonely at the top.
I am naturally restless, to be confined to the top without new challenges was a major issue for me as I have so much energy that need to be utilize, this gave me idea of Efe Network International Limited to be able to execute and showcase my hidden talent productively hence the formation of Efe Network International Limited.

Sometimes you don’t know your worth until you explore, while to some necessity is the mother of all inventions, it all depends on the side of the divide you are standing.
